We don’t bill insurance directly, however, for Chiropractic appointments we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Functional Medicine appointments are not covered by insurance, however, some labs may be covered dependent on a met deductible and/or type of policy.
For Chiropractic: The first visit will be 60 minutes. A quick case history intake will take place as well as a full body treatment! Your visit can include a combination of treatments listed on the chiropractic page including adjustments, depending on what your body needs at that specific moment in time.
For Functional Medicine: The first visit will be 60 minutes. This will be a consultation to review your health history, address your current lifestyle habits, and set your health goals in motion!
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to waive any cancellation fees.
All lab work is done through a 3rd party laboratory depending on the patient's testing needs. All lab fees are paid to the lab company directly, some of which may be covered by insurance.
Lab testing that is ordered following the Initial Consultation for Functional Medicine patients varies depending on each individual's needs. Pricing of each additional lab test varies due to each specific laboratory the testing originates from. For more testing information, click here.
