Do you take insurance?
We don’t bill insurance directly, however, for Chiropractic appointments we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Functional Medicine appointments are not covered by insurance, however, some labs may be covered dependent on a met deductible and/or type of policy.
Do you take phone consultations?
We accept phone consultations for Functional Medicine appointments only.
What lab tests are ordered? How much do they cost?
Lab testing that is ordered after the Initial Consultation varies depending on each individual's needs. Pricing of each additional lab test varies due to each specific laboratory the testing originates from. * All lab work is done through a 3rd party laboratory depending on the patient's testing needs. All lab fees are paid to the lab company directly, some of which may be covered by insurance.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund.
